The database for the Code currently consists of rules and executive
orders that were published in the 2001 Edition, which included all
permanent rules, preemptive rules, and executive orders filed as
of August 15, 2001. When the 2002 Supplement is completed later
this year, the database will be updated with rules and executive
orders filed as of August 15, 2002. Beginning in 2003, the database
will be updated more frequently, based on effective dates rather
than file dates. An "effective as of" date will be posted
to tell the user when the database was last updated. To browse the
Code database, click on View Code (Rules and Executive Orders filed
as of 8-15-01) and browse through Titles, Chapters, Subchapters,
etc. To search the Code database, click on Search Code. Search results
will identify specific rules which contain hits.
Oklahoma Register:
The website also includes current and past issues of the Register,
beginning with the November 1, 2001 issue. To browse the Registers,
click on View Registers, select an issue, and browse the contents
of the issue. The Table of Contents and Agency/Action/Subject Index
can be used to navigate to specific filings, agencies, and types of
filings. To search the Registers, click on Search Registers. Search
results will identify the Register issues which contain hits. To find
the specific hits within an issue, use the "Find" function
