Is Your Browser Compatible with Redbud?

Redbud was designed to work with Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 5.5 or higher (IE 10 and 11 will require Compatibility View). Redbud may not function properly with other web browsers such as Safari, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera.

Customers using IE 10 and 11 have reported problems such as: seeing numbers in fields that should display text, fields that are cut off and not displaying all of the data, and having problems saving new data. Setting IE to Compatibility View should resolve these problems.

To set Internet Explorer 10 or 11 to Compatibility View, do the following:

1. In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools menu. Unless you have the menu bar enabled, this will be a gear icon:

2. Click Compatibility View Settings.

3. Under Add this website, enter ok.gov.

4. Click Add.

5. The list should look like the following if you have added ok.gov.

6. Upon reloading the webpage, content should display properly.

7. Note: By default, IE 11 is set to clear your browser history when you quit, which also clears the list of websites added to Compatibility View. To disable this setting:

1. Open the Tools menu as described in step 1 above, then select Internet Options.

2. Under the General tab, uncheck the Delete browsing history on exit, then click Apply. If you do not disable this setting, you will need to recreate this list every time you launch IE.

8. Note: If you delete your browsing history, but want Redbud to remain compatible, save Redbud as an Internet Explorer favorite. Within the General tab of internet options, Browsing History, select "Delete". Then check the "Preserve Favorites website data" box at the top
