RAP List for Emissions Inventory

The tables below show the just over 200 separate compound and compound groups that must be used when reporting Oklahoma emissions inventories. These Regulated Air Pollutants (RAPs) are ordered by pollutant name and by CAS (Chemical Abstract Service) number. This is the same list that is available in Redbud, the Oklahoma web-based emissions reporting application. (An asterisk (*) is added to the front of criteria pollutants' names to ensure they appear at the top of alphabetical lists.)
Important Notes:
-
A particular compound group (e.g., Glycol Ethers) can contain many individual compounds.
-
Certain pollutants that may have been previously reported separately at the specific compound level ("speciated-out") should still be reported as part of the total for the relevant HAP compound group or criteria pollutant category, e.g., as a part of the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) category.
-
A compound can fall into multiple categories, e.g., it can be both a criteria pollutant and a HAP. Guidance on how to avoid double-counting and how to correctly report such pollutants is given in the Emissions Inventory General Instructions.
