Air Quality Council Meeting

This Meeting Has Been Cancelled
Due to the recent ice storm, the hearing before the Oklahoma Air Quality Advisory Council scheduled for 9:00 a.m. at the OG&E offices, Wednesday, January 17, 2007 has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for April 18, 2007 in Tulsa. Please pass this information along to interested individuals who may not be aware of this change.

Written comments on the proposed rules may still be sent prior to the next Council meeting to Cheryl Bradley at the Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division, P.O. Box 1677, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73101-1677, Fax: (405) 702-4101.

If a special meeting is called between now and April, normal notification procedures will be implemented through official notices, e-mails and the AQD website.

Subchapter 9: Excess Emission Reporting Requirements
The Air Quality Division is requesting input from the public about the existing Subchapter 9, Excess Emission Reporting Requirements.

No changes have been made to the rule at this time.  Suggestions are solicited on how to improve the rule to make the process more efficient.  Please send written comments to:
