A.           OAC 252:100-11-2 and 11-6(b)(2) Alternative Emissions Reduction

         Plans and Authorizations [AMENDED]

 

The Department proposes to amend 252:100-11-2 to tighten the definition of net emission reduction, and rework the 11-6(b)(2) notice requirements to incorporation the current requirements contain in SC 4.  (should have been Chapter 4)

B.                 OAC 252:100-39-47  Emission of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in Nonattainment Areas and Former Nonattainment Areas [AMENDED]

           

The Department proposes changes to Section 47 of Subchapter 39 to replace the existing ARACT (Alternate Reasonable Available Control Technology) for control of VOC emissions from aerospace sources in Tulsa County with the requirements contained in the EPA Guideline Series:  Control of Volatile Organic Compounds Emissions from Coating Operations at Aerospace Manufacturing and Rework Operations, EPA-453/R-97-004, December 1997.
