The Clean Diesel Grant funding announcement has been extended and applications will be accepted through January 30, 2009. The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is soliciting applications to fund projects that reduce diesel emissions from public school buses and refuse trucks in the state of Oklahoma. During this time, DEQ will respond to general questions from individual applicants regarding threshold eligibility criteria, administrative issues related to the submission of the application, and requests for clarification about the announcement. Please email your questions to deragrant and type "Clean Diesel Question" in the subject line of your email. All questions and answers will be posted on the website, www.deq.state.ok.us/aqdnew/cleandiesel/workshop.html no later than five business days after they are received.
