Regional Haze State Implementation Plan (February 2010)
Oklahoma's Regional Haze SIP (RH SIP) was submitted to EPA Region 6 on February 18, 2010. This plan addresses the requirements of the federal regional haze regulations in 40 C.F.R. 41, Part P, Protection of Visibility. It also addresses regional planning, discusses State/Tribe and federal land manager coordination, and contains a commitment to provide plan revisions and adequacy determinations. The RH SIP is composed of the following documents.
