Regional Haze State Implementation Plan (February 2010)

Oklahoma's Regional Haze SIP (RH SIP) was submitted to EPA Region 6 on February 18, 2010. This plan addresses the requirements of the federal regional haze regulations in 40 CFR Part 51, Subpart P, Protection of Visibility. It also addresses regional planning, discusses State/Tribe and federal land manager coordination, and contains a commitment to provide plan revisions and adequacy determinations. The RH SIP is composed of the following documents.

  • Letter of Submittal from Secretary of the Environment
  • Certification of Public Hearings
  • RH SIP Chapter I - X
  • RH SIP Appendices
  • Much of the earlier documentation is now included in the RH SIP Appendices though the original postings are still available in the following folders.
