1. Visit Oklahoma’s Drinking Water Watch
2. Click the Review Consumer Confidence Data Button
3. Select water system name
4. Click the Generate Report button

EPA's CCR iWriter

The CCR iWriter is EPA's online application that enables you to produce a CCR by simply answering questions and filling in your PWSs information and data online.

CCR Templates

The CCR template may be used instead of CCR iWriter to develop a CCR and may be used by any system in preparing its annual CCR.

The CCR Certification of Completion form is to be completed each year to certify that the water system completed and distributed the CCR in accordance with federal regulations. Electronic Delivery of the CCR is a new option.

CCR Deadlines

• April 1st - Final date for wholesale systems to provide sample data and violations to purchasing systems
• July 1st - Final date to distribute CCR to consumers and send CCR to DEQ
• October 1st - Final date to submit a CCR Certification of Completion form to DEQ
