The Construction Permit Unit reviews plans and specifications to build all water and wastewater facilities, construct lines, and water storage within Oklahoma. Permits are issued if the construction plans comply with rules and regulations. Sludge Management Plans are also evaluated in accordance with federal and state regulations.
