Note: this is not the latest version of the 305(b) Report and
is posted here for information purposes only.
Instructions
The 2000 305(b) report and other supporting files are in several
different formats. The Abobe Acrobat files (PDF) are viewable with
the use
of Acrobat
Reader. All the other files are self-extracting (*.exe) and,
as default, will be extracted to the following folders:

- In order to use the GIS and database files, programs must
be downloaded from the links given on the DEQ website.
- To use the mapping/GIS files, download ESRI ArcExplorer.
After downloading, run the installation and install in C:\Program
Files\ESRI\ArcExplorer2.0. The mapping/GIS files will be extracted
to the same directory. Start ArcExplorer and open 305(b).AEP
contained in ArcExplorer directory.
- To use the database files you must download the runtime version
of Microsoft Access from the EPA's 305(b)
Assessment Database Site. The instructions for using this
database are contained on the site. You will need to download
adbok.exe and extract adbok.mdb for use with Microsoft Access.
