Current Status of MS4 Program

ODEQ has been delegated Stormwater Phase II MS4 Permitting. There are currently two Phase I MS4 cities, Oklahoma City and Tulsa, and 48 Phase II Small MS4 cities.

Oklahoma City MS4 Permit

The current Oklahoma City MS4 Draft Permit became effective on January 19, 2007. The permit and fact sheet are available below.
