In early 2009, the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality spent several months conducting a survey of private drinking water wells in the Locust Grove area. This effort followed an illness outbreak. To view complete findings of this survey, click on the database link below. To view the database, users will need Microsoft Access 2007. The database has to be saved to the computer prior to viewing. To do so, click on the “database” link. Then, click on "LGSampling.accdb" to download the file. Please note that the database is large. The downloading process might take a few minutes.
