During the latest 641 rule revision, the DEQ and the on-site professionals agreed to establish an annual incremental increase to the on-site fees. For example, an authorization to construct for certified installers will increase from $150.00 to $175.00; the non-certified installer authorization will increase from$250.00 to $275.00. Similar increases will occur July 1 of each year until 2013 when the consumer price index dictates the amount of increase. The following table summarizes the fee schedule list of fees and increases are located in OAC 252:641, Subchapter 23.
