Small Business Advisory PanelThe Small Business Advisory Panel has the authority and duty to; render advisory opinions on the effectiveness of the state small business stationary source technical and environmental compliance assistance programs, to review difficulties encountered by small businesses with the regulatory system, and to make recommendations related to the degree and severity of enforcement. The panel also reviews information for small business stationary sources to assure that such information is understandable by the layperson. The panel consists of seven citizens. Two are appointed by the Governor and one each by the Speaker of the House, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Senate Minority Leader, the House Minority Leader and the DEQ Executive Director. |
